Collecting and using personal data of applicants
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we will collect and use the personal data that you provide to us. This is necessary to go through the application process or to conclude and execute a (possible) employment contract / internship contract / temporary employment contract.
We need the requested data to complete the application process with you. The data is being used to communicate with you about the progress of the application process.
We also use external server space to collect (and share) our personnel and payroll administration, your personal data can be stored on this. For this particular reason, your personal data is provided to our server provider. In addition, we use Microsoft office and the associated storage options for e-mails and other files. We have a legitimate interest in these two transfers, because we want to store and process data digitally and outsourcing has various advantages.
Retention period personal data
We will delete your personal data in a maximum period of four weeks after the end of the application process, unless you have given us permission to keep your data for a maximum period of one year.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us to view you own personal data. If there is a reason to do so, you also can request us to supplement your personal data or to change inaccuracies. Besides, you have the right to ask us to delete or increase the use of your personal data. You can also oppose the collection and use of your data. If you think that we are dealing incorrectly with your personal data, you can submit a complaint about this to the organization that supervises the privacy rules, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Finally, you can request us to obtain your personal data or transfer that data to another person.
You cannot apply the above rights to all circumstances. For example, if we need your personal data to comply with the law, you cannot object or request an erasure.

Collecting and using personal data of customers, suppliers, and other contractors
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we will collect and use the personal data you provide us because this is necessary to conclude and implement a possible agreement with you. That applies for our (potential) costumers and parties with whom we purchase services and/or goods.
If you are a (potential) costumer of ours, we will use your personal data to send you a quote, to determine the specifications or wishes that a specific item or service must meet, to be able to deliver goods or to be able to perform work for you, be able to invoice and be able to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about the implementation aspects of the agreement.
If you are a (potential) supplier or another contractor, your personal data is also necessary for the finishing and performance of the agreement. When purchasing this is necessary to be able to let us know which specifications or wishes a certain item or service must meet in our opinion, to send a quote request or to place an order at your company, to be able to pay your invoices and to communicate smoothly with you about other aspects of the agreement.
You are not required to provide us your personal data. If you provide us no or insufficient personal data, it is possible that we cannot carry out the aforementioned work.
Transfer to third parties
In connection with the implementation of a possible agreement with you, we may have to provide your personal data to parties who supply parts, materials and products to us or carry out work on our behalf. We also use external server space for storage of our sales and purchase administration, where your personal data is part of. Your personal data is for that reason provided to our server provider. We also use Microsoft Office and the associated storage options for e-mails and other files.
Retention period personal data
If you have requested a quote from us but you did not became a costumer of us, we will delete your data in one year at the latest after our last contact. Even if we have received a quote from you, but we did not become a costumer of you, your personal data will be deleted in the maximum period of one year after our last contact. If you did became a costumer, or we became your costumer, we will keep your personal data for a period of seven years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you was fully implemented. The period of seven years corresponds to the period within we are obligated to save our administration for tax authorities. After this period we will delete your personal data.
Your rights
